Conditions and approval

- All returns to Dalosy must at all times be provided with a valid RMA number that must be clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.
- RMA numbers are valid up to 10 days after request.
- Dalosy reserves the right to refuse RMA requests and to charge investigation costs and/or return costs.
